My work in progress portfolio - the topic is religious buildings and their integration within the modern urban environment. The images are taken in Sofia (the capital of Bulgaria, where I live) and Bucharest (the capital of Romania which I had the chance to visit this module).
The portfolio features Christian Orthodox churches and cathedrals, medieval churches, two mosques and a synagogue. All still being used, except for one of the mosques which is now an archaeological museum.
I must admit the straight (and not so straight) angles of all buildings proved to be quite the challenge...
As for the video, the song is chosen on purpose because it is sort of connected to religion and in/tolerance. Another reason to choose it was the opening lyrics.
